Pamela Robb is the Founder and CEO of SJI Leadership Coaching, where she empowers leaders and teams across diverse industries to achieve sustainable transformation in both their professional and personal lives.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with the Center for Executive Coaching, and an Enterprise Agile Coach with multiple Agile certifications, Pamela brings a structured, tool-driven, and accountability-focused approach to her coaching. She is dedicated to helping clients create clear, actionable plans that align with their goals while inspiring them to take bold, decisive steps toward success.

Pamela’s coaching philosophy is deeply personal, shaped by her own experiences with the challenges of long-term unemployment. In 2009, during a period of uncertainty, she developed her guiding mantra: Simple-Joyful-Inspirational. This mindset, along with her faith, became the cornerstone of her perseverance and positive outlook. Today, these principles are at the heart of SJI Leadership Coaching, driving Pamela’s mission to help individuals, teams, and organizations thrive.

Pamela was introduced to CNM through her personal network and took advantage of many of the program offerings to improve her own job search. The support and welcoming environment she experienced was a game changer. To demonstrate her gratitude, she returned to CNM in 2021 as a Job Search Team Facilitator with the goal of giving back to her community by making group and individual coaching available and accessible to job seekers navigating one of the most challenging transitions they can experience in their lives.

For Pamela, helping others grow and achieve what they desire the most is truly a passion. Whether coaching executives, facilitating team development, or supporting job seekers through career transitions, Pamela’s unwavering commitment to her clients’ success continues to make a lasting impact.

In her personal time, you can find Pamela creating fabulous meals in her kitchen, hosting side-splitting game nights for friends, spending time with her family, and traveling to discover new cultures, foods, friends, and traditions.
