Maria Gracia

Maria has been a volunteer in CNM since 9/1/2020 she started as a participant during these years she evolved into a Co-leader and Leader of job search teams until she got 90% of team out the door with jobs.  She holds an MBA, a SAFe Agilist and PMP certifications with a bachelor in Information Systems. She has 25+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management working for diverse industries and sectors globally in USA, Europe and LATAM. She values collaboration, gentleness, and a psychologically safe workplace and is highly patient.

She has been married for 36 years and has three young adult daughters. In her personal time, she networks and coaches women in their project management career, reads/teaches the bible and practices self-care.
