Jerry Jones

Jerry enjoys helping others in their job search and he joined CNM just before the pandemic hit. He has been a Co-Leader of CNM Accountability Teams and at times is requested to assist with networking and LinkedIn instruction. Jerry’s career started with 13 years in the Navy where he enlisted for Nuclear Power School and before classes began, he received nominations for the Naval Academy. Upon graduation, Jerry was a Surface Warfare Officer serving on multiple ship types from Destroyers to Aircraft Carriers. Upon leaving the Navy, Jerry has had a very successful career in both: the private sector with experience in Quality, Manufacturing and Operations, as well as in Government Contracting where he is the Director DoD Maintenance (Navy Shipboard Equipment) Program Manager (PMP), and Director of Quality. Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Jerry’s parents realized, as he left home, they had no one left to shovel the snow, so they moved to Fort Worth, TX which is where Jerry refers to as “Home”, although he resides in Northern, VA.
