Janine Onorio was introduced to CNM in the fall of 2022, assisting CNM Team leaders with an accountability group. What drew her to CNM are the valuable programs CNM offers to those experiencing a career transition. Janine’s expertise includes Human Resources, Talent Management and Engagement. She has extensive experience in the defense industry where she has spent most of her 20+ year career. Janine has a successful track record of partnering with leaders and aligning HR strategy with business objectives. Janine has supported both corporate functions and the line and particularly those with technical expertise. She excels at implementing creative people strategies that have strengthened retention, connection and encouraged growth.
