ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM

The CNM Job Search Accountability Program is designed to help job seekers succeed by providing structure, support, and actionable strategies. Over 8 weeks, you’ll join a virtual group of 10-15 members, working together to build essential job search skills, set goals, and stay accountable. Throughout the program, members work together to master crucial job search elements including resume writing, networking, LinkedIn Optimization, marketing plan branding, Elevator pitches, and Interview preparation,  Resumes, Networking, LinkedIn, Marketing Plans, Interviews, Elevator Pitches, Personal Branding and Transferable Skills. View the full 8-week agenda, here

EXECUTIVE TEAM
VIRTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM

The CNM Executive Accountability group is for seasoned and business responsible leaders with experience from working at companies of more than 20 employees. It is for executives that have both done the “work” of the business as well as the “running” of the business. The executive group focuses on tactics to navigate the “hidden market” of senior roles. It prioritizes networking and how best to articulate how years of executive experience translates into problem solving and opportunity development.
