CNM ONLINE - "New Thinking, New Success"

Join Julie Nielsen for a hopeful workshop focused on people who feel like they are following all the rules and doing all the right things but without landing a job.

Julie provides a hopeful look at new thinking and fresh starts. Learn about managing “flags,” and how to flip red or yellow flags to green with grace and poise.

This workshop is aimed at people

• who are having trouble getting interviews
• who are getting interviews but not a job offer
• who may have run into trouble that affects how future employers see them
• who are making a job transition
• who are mature workers concerned about age and all others who are trying to “minimize the gap."

Be ready for Julie to give thoughtful advice but to also go toe-to-toe when new thinking is required.

The workshop begins promptly at 2:30. If you run late, please join the following week unless you have made plans in advance with Julie.

About the Presenter: Julie is the President of Oyster Organizational Development, a management consulting firm that partners with organizations on change management, leadership development, and strategic people programs. They also provide job and career coaching to individuals.

As a CNM volunteer, Julie leads the Resume Review Team.
